Are all of your products locally made?

All of our products are designed by owner and founder, Brittany.

All of our products are handmade and shipped from our flagship location in Moose Jaw, SK.

Our small, but passionate team, puts care into preparing every order for our amazing customers.

Do you have a storefront?

We do! Our flagship store opened in November of 2022.

We are located at 446 Athabasca Street East in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Do you accept custom orders?

We take on as many custom projects as possible throughout the year. For inquiries, please fill out our contact form here.

Shipping & Processing

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the USA

What is the difference between shipping and processing time?

Processing time is the time it takes for us to cut/print/assemble your order and prepare it for pickup or shipping. All of our products are handmade and made to order.

The total time it will take your order to arrive is the processing time + the shipping time.

Our standard processing time is 3-10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email to info@knottydesignco.com to ensure we can accommodate your request.

How long does shipping take?

Depending where you are located, there may be multiple shipping options available to you at checkout:

Canadian Lettermail (3-13 Business Days)

Complimentary Lettermail shipping is available on small items. This is an untracked and uninsured shipping service. Please include your box number (if applicable) or your package could be returned.

Canadian Tracked Parcel (1-8 Business Days)

We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx) to delivery orders to our customers. Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders and is complimentary on orders over $125 (before applicable sales tax). You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance is included on your order.

USA Tracked Parcel (5-13 Business Days)

We offer flat-rate shipping to the US and all orders include tracking. The method of shipping is Canada Post International Tracked Small Packet, FedEx ground, or UPS ground.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email if a tracked shipping service is selected at checkout.

If Untracked Lettermail is selected, we will not be able to track your order once it leaves our shop.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer local pickup?

Well hello, fellow Saskatchewanian! Be sure to select local pickup at checkout instead of choosing a pickup option and we will email you when your order is ready to go!

Return Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@knottydesingco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund total.

How will I receive my refund for a returned item?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
