About Our Framed Signs
- All of our rectangle signs are available in two sizes: 9 inches x 11 inches and 12.5 inches x 15.25 inches. The face of the frame is 0.75 inches and the depth is 1 inch. Overall sizes include the frame so you can easily measure your space!
- Our frames are constructed from quality-grade pine wood with modern mitred corners. Artwork is recessed slightly into the frame to protect the surface.
- Artwork is professionally printed onto a laminated panel for a smooth finish with high-definition graphics.

- Our studio is located in beautiful Saskatchewan and all products are made/printed in house and will ship directly from us.
- We are women owned and operated and take great pride in our work.
- Products are all made to order in weekly batches.

The Fine Print
- Our frames are made from real and natural wood. We hand choose our pieces and use select-grade wood, meaning knots and other markings are minimal, but are still possible. These are a natural feature and are not considered flaws.
- Stain colour will absorb slightly different on each piece.
- All artwork and photos belong to Knotty Design Co. and are subject to copyright. Any attempts to duplicate our work or use our photos will be reported.
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale, but we stand behind our work, so please contact us if there are any problems with your order. For non-custom orders, please see our refund and return policy.

 

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes for us to cut/print/assemble your order and prepare it for pickup or shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message here to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Shipping

Canadian Lettermail (3-13 Business Days)

Complimentary Lettermail shipping is available on small items. This is an untracked and uninsured shipping service. Please include your box number (if applicable) or your package could be returned.

Canadian Parcel (1-8 Business Days)

We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, ICS Courier, UPS, Purolator and FedEx) to delivery orders to our customers. Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders and is complimentary on orders over $125 (before applicable sales tax). You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance is included on your order.

United States

We offer flat-rate shipping to the US and all orders include tracking. All orders are sent with ChitChats and will be delivered by USPS. All tariff and brokerage fees are prepaid and you will not incur any additional charges at the time of delivery.
